Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to get to know us. My name is Steven Hunter and I’m the preacher for the Tompkinsville church of Christ in Monroe County, KY. I began with the church in January 2012. Prior to coming here I served the New Concord church of Christ in Calloway County, KY for two years and previously the Whites Creek church of Christ in Whites Creek, TN for two-and-one-half years while working in residential/commercial insurance restoration.
I am a graduate of the Nashville School of Preaching & Biblical Studies (2007). I hold a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Theological University of America (2009) where I was supervised by Phil Sanders, an M.A. in Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (2011), and I am currently pursuing a D.Litt. from The Great Books Honors College of Faulkner University.
I am married to Stephanie (Greene) and we have three children - Brianna, one of whom is in heaven by miscarriage, and Cole.
